As a subsidiary of Columbia Bank, Northern Financial Brokers is a direct provider of small-ticket commercial equipment leases. We originate our business through partnering with third party originators and lessors in the U.S. For 50 years these partners have relied on Northern Financial Brokers to provide them with innovative financing solutions for their customers.
Northern Financial Brokers originates and services a portfolio of equipment financing contracts that generally range from $5,000 to $150,000 on an Application-Only basis. Our portfolio consists of over 40,000 customers and $1.7B in assets. Our Commercial division handles leases and equipment financings with "bankable credit" between $150,000 – $1.5MM.
The Company was established in 1975 and is located in Federal Way, Washington. Over the years we have expanded our services to become an industry leader. Our growth and success is supported by a staff of over 230 highly qualified and experienced employees.
